6-6 Day Nine
Our survey hit the streets today! The survey that one other teammate and I worked on got the seal of approval (by the rest of the team ha!). The goal of our survey is to connect interested people with Sacred City Church. The survey had some demographic gathering questions first, then deeper questions that served as a gauge for religious background/ interest. The most important was our follow-up question about a meeting with someone from the church.
We surveyed for three-ish hours, had 17 responses, 3 who wanted follow-ups! We've been praying throughout the day that the Lord will use our conversations to be fruitful, that the people we talked to may have a genuine curiosity to know the Lord.
We found a Portuguese Cultural Celebration this afternoon, but it was not good grounds for meeting people, so we didn't stay for too too long. Despite not being a jam-packed day, we walked a TON and are all about ready for bed at 7pm.
It's wild that it's already been one week of Gen Send! Crazy stuff. I really hope these next five slow down; Providence has been amazing.
